The connection between sleep and academic performance is a very important issue. Without having enough sleep, children are more likely to have impaired learning and memory performance. Sleep patterns have showed poor academic performance when have children sleep efficiency. Research has shown children that have a consistent bedtime have the best
GPA (4.0).
